Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently ship within the United States (and internationally if applicable).
Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method selected at checkout. Typical transit times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, please note that carrier delays (due to weather, holidays, or customs inspections) are outside of our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
If your order appears lost or hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

International Shipping 
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.
